We understand it can be a lot of hard work running a business. But you don't have to do it all, we know the importance of providing prompt reply's to customer emails, ensuring your orders are placed on time each week, recruiting and finding the right candidate. We offer a range of packages below to give an example of how we can help. But every business has it's own needs, so don't hesitate to get in touch with our team. 

The packages we offer are; 

General Administration; Management of daily emails, prompt responses to reviews and social media messages, orders collated and ordered weekly, quarterly stock takes with a full asset report provided. Prices start from £200 per week. 

Human Resources Management; Management of staff hours, receive weekly reports on your wage costs along with a breakdown to each department, holiday and sick days tracked, staff extranet provided, support for staff with HR queries, and management the on boarding of staff. We can use the software you already in house or provide you with a clocking in and out system which carries no monthly fee, just a one off fee. 

Clocking In & Out System; Our clocking in and out system uses a google sheets to provide an app that can work on any device and provide a smooth clocking in process for your staff. This comes with a one off set up fee, inclusive of training on how to use the system. There is no monthly fee and the system will be yours to keep and edit should you wish. One off fee of £180.

Recruitment; We recruit and carry out the interviews to find you the best candidates, we then introduce them to you with all of the paperwork completed. If you are happy we then take care of the on boarding and induction for you also. £500 one off price. 

Temporary Staff; Got an event coming up or you simply found you need a little extra help with no time for recruitment. We can arrange staff for you at the cost of £15ph. 

Training; Frequent training ensures your team are at their best and avoids bad habits sometimes resulting in expensive maintenance costs. Our team can deliver training on site to staff on the subjects their roles require. £70 per session.
